Mindful Yoga Flow Class by Cindy Huston.
Mindful Vinyasa Yoga Flow is movement synchronized or guided by the breath.The class flow is similar to a dance.This is an all levels class and modifications of postures are welcome.The class includes breathe work (pranayama), standing and seated poses, yogic philosophy, and mantra. Bring your yoga mat and towel.
