Yoga Body Elements Studio
Taking time for self care is important! This class is lead by Cindy Huston, E-YRT Yoga Instructor, LMT, ABT, and Reiki Teacher. Yoga is a mind and body practice that can help to increase awareness through breath. This course will provide you with tools to feel more confident creating your own self yoga practice. There will be in-depth discussion, review, and practice on how to properly support 12 Restorative Yoga Poses. This class is open to all levels. No prior yoga experience. Massage Therapists receive 5 CE Hours.
