I have been practicing yoga with Cindy for two years. Cindy is a phenomenal teacher. She is in tune with everyone’s energy and gears her classes in that way. On many occasions, I have entered the class with some type of pain or soreness, and when I have requested that area where the pain is located, I have left the class no longer in pain or sore. Most importantly, Cindy’s Vinyasa class makes me feel more centered. In the past year, I’ve gone through several negative personal experiences and without Cindy’s help, I don’t think I would’ve been able to deal with them as I did. I highly recommend Cindy’s classes for those who are looking to become more in touch with their bodies, practice meditation, and learn about yoga. She teaches for all levels, which is great for those who are just starting out, those who are more advanced, or those who are somewhere in between. Thanks for everything, Cindy!
Cindy’s restorative yoga classes are a great way to de-stress and work on flexibility. She is a wonderful teacher and communicator, able to listen to the needs of those attending the class and create a series of poses that will help everyone.
